When you choose a Staff One Search candidate on a direct hire basis, you will be invoiced based upon the annual starting salary of the position. All direct hires have a three month replacement guarantee. If the employee voluntarily resigns without just cause or is terminated for just cause within the first three months, we will replace the employee with no additional fee due. Of course, this guarantee does not extend to position elimination or lack of work.
