TEMP-TO-HIRE SERVICES

Should you choose to hire a Staff One Search candidate on a temp-to-hire basis, the temp-to-hire period will begin on the date that you inform Staff One of your decision. During this period, the candidate will remain on Staff One’s payroll and you are invoiced weekly. Upon completion of the 520 hour period, the candidate is released to become an employee of your company, with no additional fees due.

Please note that the temp-to-hire billing rate may vary from the standard temporary billing rate and the temp-to-hire option of hiring does not include any form of replacement guarantee. If, for any reason, the individual does not complete the initial temp-to-hire period, the assignment will be terminated and you pay only for the time actually worked. If you so desire, we will endeavor to replace the candidate.
