Staff One Tech is interested in developing an on-going relationship with you as a candidate.

Our services are employer-paid. You will never be responsible for any fee related to your placement with one of our clients. We also offer current market rates for direct hire and contract positions. We offer three placement options to you as a candidate:

Workers are eligible to receive benefits through Staff One Tech/Staff One Search after 1000 consecutive hours of employment in a contract position.

• Permanent Placement/Direct Hire - We look for a mutual fit between you and our client companies. As a matter of procedure, we conduct a site-assessment to determine both a company's needs and technical environment prior to submitting candidates.
  
  
• Contract - We target companies that utilize contractors. Contract employment offers you the ability to learn new technologies and experience new and different environments. Contracting may be a viable option if you have a desire to travel or if you have relocation restrictions.
  
  Staff One contractors are W-2 employees of Staff One Search; Staff One Search administers payroll and pays all mandatory withholdings. Payroll is processed weekly. Client companies can directly hire Staff One Search contractors.
  
  
• Contract-to-Permanent -This option provides a safety net for you, the candidate, and the employer to ensure the best match. It gives an employer an opportunity to transition you into a permanent position where there might be budget restrictions prohibiting a direct hire/permanent placement.
