Client Services:
We offer retained and contingency search options. If you choose
the contingency option, you're under no obligation to pay a fee
unless you hire one of our candidates.

We Offer
Responsiveness:
- A Recruiter/Account
Executive has prime responsibility for your individual account,
fully supported by the resources of Staff One Search.
- The ability
to directly submit your job opening(s) to Staff One Division using
our On-line Job Order Form - at your convenience, 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. During our on-site assessment, we'd be happy to
walk you through our website and show you how simple it is to
use our On-Line Job Order Form.
- Candidate
resumes can be submitted to your company by fax or e-mail.
We have the
capability to staff a broad range of positions. There are three
staffing options available to you:
- Permanent
Placement/Direct Hire - We target and recruit professionals
who are interested in long-term relationships with your company.
The process we have in place to ensure this is our 90-day pro-rated
guarantee.
- Contract
- We target and recruit professionals who have an expressed interest
in contract positions. Consider the contract option for special
projects; migrations, workload fluctuations, or key high-turnover
positions. Contractors are W-2 employees of Staff One Search;
Staff One Search administers payroll and pays all mandatory withholdings.
Client companies can directly hire Staff One Search technical
contractors.
- Contract-to-Permanent
-This option provides a safety net for you, the employer, and
the candidate to ensure the best match. Financially, this option
may be logical if your budget or current administrative procedure
doesn't allow for a permanent placement fee. This is also an option
if your company has a cap on the number of full-time employees
hired during a fiscal year by providing a bridge while awaiting
your new budget for permanent positions. Finally, if your company
has never used a technology recruiting firm before, this option
provides you the desired safeguards.
