TEMPORARY DIVISION SCREENING • TESTING • RESPONSE TIME
Staff One’s evaluation process assures you of the most qualified candidate available:

  • SCREENING & TESTING - Staff One Search screens, tests, and reference checks our applicants. At a minimum, each applicant is tested for literacy, general aptitude, spelling, and grammar. Depending upon the job order and your requirements, the applicant is also tested for typing, word processing, accounting, bookkeeping, and/or other additional skills as required for the assignment.
  • RESPONSE TIME - Within one hour of your request for service, Staff One will contact you and inform you as to the progress on filling your assignment. Our fully automated computer system allows us to quickly and efficiently match the skills of a candidate to your specific needs, and eliminates requesting repetitive basic company information, i.e. address, phone, etc.
  • TRAINING - Should the temporary not be familiar with a specific task or skill set, Staff One will authorize training time, at no cost to you.
  • QUALITY CHECKS - Staff One will contact your office within 1 hour after the starting time of the temporary and verify the arrival of the temporary employee. A more in-depth, quality evaluation is performed mid-way through the first day to ascertain the suitability of the temporary to your assignment.

Staff One has a competitive fee structure and can offer you a wide array of pricing options:
  • INVOICE/BILLING PROCEDURES - You will be invoiced weekly upon receipt of a completed timecard. Each invoice indicates the name of the temporary employee, job description, hours worked, week ending date, and hourly bill rate. You will also receive monthly statements listing invoices issued and payments received.
  • DISCOUNTS - Volume discounts are available. Contact your Staffing Specialist for more information.
  • PAYROLLING SERVICES - Staff One’s fully automated payroll department can handle all of your payrolling needs. Let one of our trained Staffing Coordinators discuss how cost-effective this service can be.
  • GUARANTEE - Staff One guarantees that your temporary employee will meet or exceed the criteria requested. If, within the first four (4) hours of the assignment, you determine that the temporary is unsuitable, we will release the individual and endeavor to send a more suitable replacement. You will not be charged for the original temporary.
  • BONDING INSURANCE & GENERAL BUSINESS LIABILITY - Staff One currently holds the following: State Workers Compensation, Errors & Omissions, Bonding Insurance, and General Business Liability.
